Package A: $25.00 Product Booth Registration Fee
Package B: $125.00 Food / Beverage Booth Registration Fee
Package C: FREE if registered as a 2024 Season Sponsor.
Must still complete the registration form.
Deadline to Register: Friday, February 10, 2024
Payment Deadline Date: Saturday, February 17, 2024
Details / Rules: ALLB will have 45 12’x12’ vendor booths available on a "first come, first serve" basis.
Your spot is considered reserved once you have submitted your complete application and payment.
A site map and space number will be sent out Monday, February 19, 2024, so you know where to set up at Saturday morning.
College Drive from Stadium Drive to W. Dumble (in front of Lion's Park) will be blocked off starting at 8:00am and NO VEHICLES will be allowed down College Drive for any reason after that. You will have to unload from the High School Parking lot.
All vendors need to bring your own tent, tables and/or displays, chairs, etc.
Set up begins Saturday morning at 7:00am; booths open around 8:00am and remain open until 4:00pm.
All food, candy, or beverage vendors will be contacted by our Concessions director to be approved. All must be permitted through the city, no exceptions.
Proof of Permit must be shown the morning of the event.
All vendors are responsible for collecting their own sales tax at the point of sale.
Alvin Little League is not liable or responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods.
