Parent Code of Conduct : All parents must fill out this form and submit to the league.

Spring Registration Form: Print and fill out before coming to registration to speed up your registration process.

Volunteer Application: All volunteers must fill out this form and submit to the league.

Manager & Coach Application: Anyone interested in managing or coaching a team must fill out this form and submit to the league.

Age Chart: Find your child's league age to determine which league he or she will be eligible to play in.

Medical Relaease Form: Managers should have a medical release form for every player with them at all times.

Discipline Form : Fill out and give to a board member if you have a child not coming to practice, games, etc.

Manager's Packet : Manager rules, instructions, forms, etc.

All Star Manager Application

He Is Just a Little Boy
He stands at the plate
with his heart pounding fast.
The bases are loaded,
the die has been cast.

Mom and Dad cannot help him,
he stands all alone.
A hit at this moment,
would send the team home.

The ball meets the plate,
he swings and he misses.
There's a groan from the crowd,
with some boos and some hisses.

A thoughtless voice cries,
"Strike out the bum."
Tears fill his eyes,
the game's no longer fun.

So open your heart and give him a break,
For it's moments like this,
a man you can make.

when you hear someone forget,
He is just a little boy....and not a man yet.
